In keeping with the character of this nineteenth century Victorian home, the footprint of The Grand Kerr House remains as true as possible to the original design of E. O. Fallis. At the time it was built, the home was exceptional in that it had indoor plumbing and water closets. Today the first floor bathroom boasts a copper soaking tub and marble sink. The second floor bathroom area has been extended to include two private lavatories, a vanity area, and a tiled walk-in shower room with heated floor, Kohler fixtures, and a dressing area.
