The Grand Kerr House Policies

General Policies

  • Check in time between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm
  • Check-out time by 12:00 noon
  • If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
  • There will be an additional $20.00 fee for extended stays (early check-in and/or late check-out)
  • Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Other times and special diets can be accommodated with prior arrangement.
  • Breakfast Menu is Chef's Choice.  If requesting breakfast made to order, there will be an additional $5 charge per plate.
  • Minimum two night stay required when booking three or more spa services
  • Minimum two night stay required (Saturday and Sunday) on Applebutter Festival Weekend (second Sunday in October)
  • Whole house rental for a minimum of two nights is required for special events including small weddings, wedding preparations and pictures, wedding and baby showers, family reunions, etc.
  • The Grand Kerr House is not suitable for young children or pets. We can suggest nearby kennels for your pets but not for your children.
  • Deposit is not required but gladly accepted.
  • A credit card number is required at check-in for security deposit.
  • No smoking, wild dancing or other unseemly cavorting in the house

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to keep your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • We offer 100% Deposit Refund or a Gift Certificate to be applied to a later stay.
